BBQ Beef Short Ribs

(ショートリブ牛肉)

Thinly sliced cuts of beef short ribs marinated in a sauce made primarily from soy sauce, garlic, and sugar then grilled to juicy perfection. Topped with sweet yakitori sauce.

Ikayaki

(いか焼き)

A popular fast food in Japan, ikayaki is a simple grilled squid topped with soy sauce; the portion of squid served may be the whole body (minus entrails), rings cut from the body, or one or more tentacles, depending on the size.

Takoyaki

(たこ焼き)

A ball-shaped Japanese snack made of a wheat flour-based batter and cooked in a special takoyaki pan. It is typically filled with minced or diced octopus (tako), tempura scraps (tenkasu), pickled ginger, and green onion. They are brushed with takoyaki sauce, similar to Worcestershire sauce, and mayonnaise. The takoyaki is then sprinkled with green laver (aonori) and shavings of dried bonito (katsuobushi).

Gyuutan

(牛タン)

Barbecue sliced beef tongue marinated in yuzu pepper, onion, sesame then topped with a sweet soy teriyaki tare sauce.

Uzura Maki

Delicate quail eggs wrapped with juicy sliced pork jowl. Then drizzled with tare sauce and nori strips.

Wasabi Beef

(わさびビーフ)

Each skewer of sirloin steak is dipped in a sweet soy sauce or sprinkled with salt before resting on a grill over charcoal until cooked to absolute perfection. It’s then topped with wasabi mayonnaise sauce for a little kick.
